This week I am working on a new challenge- and it’s FITNESS related.
The goal for this week is to complete a pinterest workout everyday.
Today is the Crossfit at Home for time: (circuit?)
- 25 squats 5 push-ups
- 20 squats 10 push-ups
- 15 squats 15 push-ups
- 10 squats 20 push-ups
- 5 squats 25 push-ups
The question is- are any of these workouts worth even pinning with the hopes they’re worth anything?
